Costco is our pharmacy provider. As your pharmacy
benefit provider, Costco is committed to lowering drug
costs, improving health and delivering superior service.
Health Savings Account
Manna contributes up to $500 on your behalf each year if you participate in our
Wellness program.
You can contribute up to $4,150 annually as an individual or $8,300 for a family.
Your annual HSA maximum contribution is reduced by the amount Manna contributes to
your HSA.

Dental Plans
Your dental plans are through MetLife.
With the Buy-Up DPPO plan, you can get cleanings up to 3 times per year and have
access to orthodontia coverage for both yourself and your dependents!
If you live in California, we offer a DHMO with MetLife. A DHMO is an
in-network only plan where you must choose a primary dentist. Your primary dentist
will be your single source of care unless you need specialty services such as
orthodontia.

Whether you choose to enroll in any of these programs is completely optional and voluntary. Manna Development does not make a contribution towards the cost of these programs and employees pay the full cost of premiums on an after-tax basis. Manna Development'S involvement regarding these voluntary insurance programs is strictly limited to allowing the insurer access to employees to publicize these programs and Manna Development may perform certain ministerial functions such as payroll deduction and forwarding employee premium payments to the insurer.
